Returns & Refunds policy

At Buzz Casters, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services, we have the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided for unused services. If the service has been delivered or work has begun, refunds will not be available.

2. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if a project is incomplete or terminated early by either party. The amount refunded will be proportional to the work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Once a service has been fully delivered, no refund will be provided. Services such as digital marketing, content creation, or web development that have started are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at accounts@buzz-casters.com. Please provide your project details and reason for the request. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
